We had the opportunity to help the Kitzingers transform their Downingtown backyard with four major upgrades: a deck, a fence, a patio, and a pergola.
For the decking material, the Kitzingers chose low-maintenance Trex in pebble gray. All accents, including railing and fascia, are in white vinyl.
As pet owners, having a secure backyard was a big concern. We installed a classic black aluminum fence with extra close picket spacing so the Kitzingers can let their small dogs run wild without worrying they’ll run off.
In the Kitzingers’ backyard, the summer sun can be harsh. We built a large, white vinyl pergola to cover their entire deck.
The patio rounds out a beautiful, two-tier outdoor living space. With gray Techo-Bloc and a curved sitting wall, it’s the perfect spot for a cozy evening by the fire pit.
