The shed-style roof features a vaulted, white vinyl ceiling along with built-in fans and lighting. The clay-colored louvered pergola, which was carefully constructed around the existing chimney, perfectly complements the stone features and house siding. By opting for this motorized pergola system, the homeowner can adjust the angle of the louvers from a handheld remote or an app on their phone.
