Project #150
Sometimes deck installation projects actually start with demolition. At this 1970s home in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Integrous’ crew carefully removed an open wood deck before seamlessly replacing it with a sturdy composite deck covered by a gable roof.
Composite TimberTech decking withstands the wear and tear of countless backyard dinners, family parties, and weather events, and it offers a 30-year limited warranty to boot. The natural wood tone of the Pecan-colored decking is complemented by textured bronze aluminum railing which frames the deck and stairs.
Added elegance and function are infused into this outdoor living space by the A-frame roof with a cathedral-style ceiling, providing shade on summer days, lighting for evening hours, and a cozy ambiance for rainstorms. The tongue and groove wood planks on the ceiling reiterate the earthy yet durable essence of this project, which will allow this homeowner to enjoy their backyard for years to come.
