At this property in southern Lancaster County, we constructed one such roof structure which features not only remote-controlled louvers, but also an outdoor-rated fan, recessed lights, and retractable screen.

The screen is mounted to one of the 12′ wide spans of the pergola frame, and creates a 90-95% sunblock when lowered. With integrated gutters and a downspout hidden inside one of the posts, this modern structure is built to withstand a variety of elements—from summer sun to spring showers.

Since the pool was constructed prior to our pergola installation, the Integrous crews took extra care to hand dig any underground elements that could impact the pool’s plumbing. The final result is a seamless addition that boosts function and comfort in this beautiful outdoor living space.
